Social at 6:30 pm in The Post Bar, meeting at 7:00 pm just down the stairs. Our Rotary Club Meetings are open to guests and visitors! Join us on Sunday, as Ryan Shultz shares his experience with owning and operating the Baldwin Street Grille! 3 years ago, Ryan was working at the Baldwin Street Grille under different ownership. As fate would have it, 2 weeks after his son Sebastian was born, Ryan came into work only to find out that the owner was selling the place and he and the rest of the staff would be out of a job. Having nearly 13 years of experience in the industry, and having held almost every position from server to Assistant GM, Ryan had his son’s future in mind and took a leap of faith. Putting everything on the line and risking it all, he agreed take over ownership of the Baldwin Street Grille so that everyone could keep they’re jobs and save the place that he & the neighboring community loved to call home! |

This Sunday, May 10th, 2-4 pm, join Jordann on Zoom for a paint/draw/craft and sip. It's supposed to be chilly (51 degrees) and scattered showers outside. In honor of Mother's Day, we'll have a "flowers" theme. Of course, you could paint a bouquet of flowers, but you could also collect smooth stones to paint and then leave around your neighborhood for kids to find and re-hide, or work on whatever creative endeavor you enjoy! For the sip part, choose a wine/beer with flowers on the label or mix a cocktail with a floral liqueur. Some NA suggestions include hibiscus or chamomile tea or maybe your favorite kombucha with a flowered label (pretty sure I've seen some with a lotus flower.)

Preliminary Virtual RotaryFest Schedule.
The RotaryFest Committee is rapidly filling in the blanks. Our goal is to make this a very high energy and fast paced morning. The kind of screen event where you wish you'd installed a seat belt on your recliner!
Other than the above no other Rotary events will be taking place in Fort Atkinson, however, everyone is free to come to Fort Atkinson during the weekend of June 19-21 (or at any other time during the summer) and participate in anything that is open and available. We've taken this approach because we simply don't know what the COVID-19 situation will be that weekend. "RotaryFest Ala Carte" means you can enjoy the spirit of RotaryFest anytime you want in 2020. because, as always, Fort Atkinson Can't Wait to Meet You! More details to come.

She's one of the only living persons to walk the 444-mile Natchez Trace as the pioneers did, and she did it with an unconventional wing-man, her 80-year-old father. Her life-changing adventure inspired her NYT best-selling memoir Not Without My Father, which chronicles their experience. She is also the author of four other successful books. Andra's presentation challenges audiences to evaluate their relationships.
