Greeting Friends and Rotarians!

The Madison YP Week Calendar is now published online. Be sure to mark your calendar for all three of the events that our club is helping to sponsor!

Mark your calendars also for our upcoming Wine Tasting social at Table Wine on March 29th (and invite guests)! A registration link will be posted to our event page very soon.

Join us this Sunday as Erik Iverson tells us about the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation and how research can solve the world's problems!

Finally, please help us to fill up our Food Pantry shift calendar! We're still seeking one more for this Saturday.

Erik Iverson, the managing director for WARF (Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation), will tell us about their vision is to enable University of Wisconsin - Madison research to solve the world's problems!

Saturday, March 10 – Service Event: FB4K

FB4K Warehouse, 167 East Badger Rd, Madison, 9:00am-12:00pm

Free Bikes 4 Kidz needs bike cleaning and maintenance help to prepare donated bikes for a big giveaway event! Sign up through their website. Brad will be volunteering the 9:00am to noon shift on this date and can assist you with orientation.

Thursday, March 29 – Social Event: Wine Tasting at Table Wine

Table Wine, 2045 Atwood Ave #111, Madison, 6:30pm-8:00pm

We have ongoing email committees planning around YP Week and Member Recruitment activities. Email us if you would like to be added to one of our planning threads!

Grant Approved for Little Libraries!

We are delighted to report that our District Grant application to build Little Libraries has just been approved!

Our club will build seven Little Libraries at Habitat Homes, in partnership with Habitat for Young Professionals, during Madison Young Professionals Week 2018. The total project cost will be $1050, of which half of the funds will be raised by our club and event partners through the event and half will be matched by our Rotary District.
